"Zach Wagner deserves 10 stars. He gave us an amazing experience and there was no upfront cost to install the panels PLUS I get a cheaper electric bill with PPL. "We had a great experience working with Lifestyle Solar, especially Zach Wagner, the Regional Sales Manager, throughout the entire process. Zach was extremely helpful, professional, and always available to answer our questions. He made everything very easy to understand and never made us feel pressured at any point. One of the best parts was that there was no upfront cost to install the system, and now we are paying a lower fixed rate for our electricity instead of continuing to deal with rising utility rates. Zach explained everything clearly and made the entire process feel simple and stress free. "Jay Perez of Lifestyle Solar was excellent to work with, very courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. The process of having solar panels installed on our home was explained in detail,and we never felt rushed into a decision. We were told repeatedly to reach out at any time before, during or after the process with any questions we may have. The installation was seamless, finished in one day and the crew cleaned up all debris, leaving our property as they found it. If Jay didn’t have an answer on the spot, he said, “I will get you an answer” and within 24 hours he followed through. Great customer service! Now that our solar panels are installed and pulling in solar power, (even when snow was on the panels), we not only met our energy needs, but we are also banking extra kilowatt hours! Jay continues to periodically check in to see how we are doing and if we have any questions (truly asking,not trying to sell anything additional.) Thank you, Jay for making this an enjoyable process. "The installation process went well. From start to finish. I was keep updated on process and what to expect since the initial discussion. Joseph Shue is who I dealt with. Looking at sales and customer service. He did research on my home and the product. This was very professional and didn't feel like a script sale. Next if he didn't know an answer to a question, he wanted to make sure ai had the right answer. As well keep things updated in process. As for the installation. I had just paved my driveway and was worried that it may get damaged. I was impressed by the installation team for not damaging the driveway, cleaning up well after the completion of the job. All together I am satisfied on how things went."

"So I want to start off by saying a gentlemen by the name of Haston knocked on my door about a week ago. I've had an endless number of people trying to get me to go solar since I moved here 3 years ago. Haston was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. I ended up not moving forward not due to any fault of him, just didn't work out. He still treated me with the utmost care and respect regardless. If you are looking for a good solar person I think he's great!!!"
